    3. I work in IT, and I have been dealing with Excel for about 14 years, Word for 12 years, Access for about 11 years, and a little PowerPoint. They take time to master, but almost anyone can become proficient with a little time, guidance, and practice.

The Job and Business Center also has some free training through JobNow, then Adult Learning Center, then Microsoft Office Help.

There are Online Resources with Tutorials, and I believe you can connect directly to those links. However, there is also a Live Help option for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint that you can chat with a live person.

      JobNow can be reached here.
