The Library System will have regular technology certification exam testing sessions through March 2020. Monday, March 30, 2020, is the last testing session before late spring. Until the updated program is available, you may continue with your learning plan and practice exams if you enroll by February 17.

Once you are enrolled, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing the studying materials within 1-2 business days.
After enrolling the Pierce County Library Tech Cert Team will email you a Learning Plan. Learning Plans are a step-by-step outline of study materials designed to help you prepare for your certification exam.
They also include instructions and requirements for reaching Step 3, and an access code for the GMetrix practice tests.
After completing your learning plan, you can request an exam voucher. Exam vouchers allow for three attempts at a Microsoft Certification Exam with Pierce County Library free of charge. Exam vouchers expire 60 days after the issue date.
